Shipping & Receiving
Please inform the Resort if you intend to ship boxes to the hotel so we can assist you with your shipping needs. Turks and Caicos is an international destination and incoming materials must have the proper paperwork to clear customs and avoid excise taxes.

Business Services, as well as high-speed Internet access and computer terminals are available. In-room Internet access and wireless access are also available.

A wide selection of music is available from local entertainment to an eclectic selection of music that is piped through to our venue locations.

The Regent Palms Turks and Caicos offers a limited selection of complimentary linens for events. For guests requesting specialty linens, the Resort will be happy to assist you, however, there may be an additional charge.

The hotel will provide information regarding preferred vendors for floral and table decorations.
Weather Calls
For outdoor functions, forecasted weather conditions are always considered before the set-up of your event. If it is determined that the weather conditions will require the event to be moved indoors, the Resort Management will contact you in advance. Possible alternate locations on the Resort property will be discussed with you in the planning stages of your function.
Room Delivery Charges
Room gift deliveries of non-food items are $3.00 per room and food and beverage amenity deliveries are $3.00 per room plus 18% service charge.
